Terms & Conditions for Attendee

  1. We have a payment/donation gateway where a third-party payment service provider will manage your payment/donation. When you submit payment/donation, you also accept the separate terms of the payment/donation provider relating to privacy.
  2. any photo or interview becomes the property of Zeroin and can be used by us in any communication
  3. your personal data relating to Attendee Registration will be shared with other participants and the person or company arranging the event
  4. We may access, preserve and share your personal data in response to a legal request or when necessary to detect, prevent and address fraud and other illegal activity, to protect ourselves, you and other users, including as part of investigations.
  5. We store your personal data as long as necessary in order to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected according to this Privacy Policy or as long as we have legal grounds to do so and as set out in the table above. We may also keep anonymous versions of your data and process it for statistical purposes indefinitely as it will no longer constitute personal data.
  6. Our Website uses social plugins from social networks. If you click on one of the buttons, a new window of your browser opens, and the page of the respective social network is opened. On that site, you can login, press like or share button etc. When clicking on plugin links or other links on our Website or in newsletters, the collection of personal data is outside of our control. The policy of the other website will apply for the personal data obtained from you on that website.
  7. Unless otherwise stated in these Terms, the Attendee may submit all notices to ZMPL by email using the contact form provided on each of the DJ’amathon website, or by email. Zeroin may send notices to the Attendee by email to the address provided by the Attendee at the time of order.
  8. ZMPL shall have the right to change these Terms, at any time at its own discretion.
  9. For all the donation on the DJ’amathon website, only these Terms shall apply between Zeroin and the Attendee. The Attendee’s own terms and conditions shall not apply.
  10. Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The contracting parties are required to replace an invalid provision with a valid provision which in its regulatory content matches the intention and purpose of the invalid provision as closely as possible. This applies to contractual loopholes.
  11. Donations made are non-refundable under any circumstances
