Terms & Conditions for Artist / DJ

  1. DJ’amathon is a registered Event Property of Zeroin Management Pvt Ltd (ZMPL)
  2. The Artist / DJ at no point can claim the above, in any form.
  3. ZMPL is at a liberty to use photos / videos of the Artist / DJ for the purpose of promotions and marketing activities, including website / social media etc.
  4. For promotions of the Artist / DJ, creatives will be supplied by ZMPL, or if the Artist / DJ is making on their own, the same can be promoted only after written approval and permission ZMPL
  5. There is no commercial / monetary obligation from ZMPL towards the Artist / DJ
  6. DJ’amathon is being done for a cause, towards Champa Foundation
  7. DJ registration cannot be cancelled
  8. No refund of registration fees
  9. Slot timings cannot be changed after confirmation
  10. Every DJ to stick to their selected genre of music
  11. No use of expletive language
  12. Stick to the given time slots
  13. The services to be provided by the Artist / DJ under these terms are coordinated and integrated into DJ’amathon.
  14. The Artist / DJ / DJ will perform the services required under this Agreement in a satisfactory and competent manner.
  15. Should the Artist / DJ employ and/or contract with any third persons in the performance of this Agreement, the Artist / DJ agrees that the Artist / DJ will be fully responsible for ensuring compliance with this Agreement and the Artist / DJ acknowledges and agrees that the Artist / DJ is not an agent for the purpose of contracting by the Artist / DJ with third persons.
  16. The Artist / DJ acknowledges and agrees that ZMPL may, for record-keeping and archival purposes only, photograph, film or videotape any objects and photocopy any printed materials that are part of the project
  17. The Artist / DJ will perform his/her services in a manner and time so as not to cause interference with any operations,
  18. The Artist / DJ will be reasonably available at such time or times as may be agreed between Zeroin and the Artist / DJ to attend any inauguration or presentation ceremonies relating to the Event
  19. The Artist / DJ further acknowledges and agrees that the Artist / DJ is solely responsible for any work performed by third parties for the Artist / DJ and that the Artist / DJ remains solely responsible for compliance with this Agreement.
  20. A delay or failure in fulfilling the obligations under this Agreement by either the Artist / DJ or ZMPL, will not constitute a default, nor will either party be held liable for loss or damage, if and to the extent that such delay, failure, loss or damage is caused, whether directly or indirectly, by an occurrence beyond the reasonable control of such party and which by the exercise of reasonable diligence such party is unable to prevent, including but not limited to: illness, injury or accident to the Artist / DJ; delay of transportation services, accident to means of transportation, riots, strikes, epidemics, acts of God; and compliance with any act regulation, order or request of any governmental authority or agency.
  21. the design or Work being commissioned is the original product of the Artist / DJ’s own creative efforts and to the best of the Artist / DJ’s knowledge does not infringe upon or violate any right, including the copyright in any other Artist / DJ’s work or subject matter of any other person;
  22. The Artist / DJ reserves to himself and his assignees the copyrights and all other rights, including all rights in respect of commercial use or exploitation, in and to the Work except the limited rights expressly granted herein.
  23. If there is any dispute regarding the interpretation, performance or an alleged breach of the Agreement, either party may give written notice of dispute to the other party and the Artist / DJ and ZMPL, or their representatives, will attempt in good faith and using reasonable efforts to resolve the matter equitably to the satisfaction of both parties.
  24. The Artist / DJ agrees to indemnify and save harmless Zeroin and its assignees of and from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, assessments or expenses arising directly or indirectly out of any breach of the Artist / DJ’s representations, agreements herein.
  25. Donations made are non-refundable under any circumstances.
